My relatives has many Ceiba Pentandra tree in Chiang Rai province in the North of Thailand. Normally we selling for local customer for make pillow. We grow Ceiba Pentandra tree via organic method, we don't use fertilizer but only chicken manure. This is 100% natural dried Ceiba Pentandra Fruit full seed inside with Kapok Cotton Fibre which no expiry date.

1.Some Ceiba Pentandra fruit has died insects inside (cotton fibre will turn to black color) which we hardly to see from outside the fruit. So we have to open some peel to see inside the fruit which is usable or not (please kindly understand for this reason

2.Some customer just want Ceiba Pentandra fruit which do not care whether Kapok Cotton Fibre inside can use or not, please inform us to not open the fruit.

Kapok fibre is light, very buoyant, resilient, resistant to water, but it is very flammable. The process of harvesting and separating the fibre is labour-intensive and manual. It is difficult to spin, but is used as an alternative to down as filling in mattresses, pillows,upholstery, zafus, and stuffed toys such as teddy bears, and for insulation. It was previously much used in life jackets and similar devices until synthetic materials largely replaced the fibre. The seeds produce an oil, used locally in soap and that can be used asfertilizer.
